Terms of use

SecondGM is provided by SecondGM Ltd. It helps you look at your actual Sleeper dynasty leagues — contention, trades, lineup context, portfolio, rookie board and a season simulation — and, if you choose, ask an AI second opinion.

SecondGM supports Sleeper dynasty and redraft leagues. You connect with a public Sleeper username. We never ask for your Sleeper password. All Sleeper access is read-only. We do not write players, settings, lineups, trades or messages back to Sleeper.

Available tools depend on the league format and the data Sleeper provides. Other fantasy platforms are not supported.

Without an account, you can use every supported non-AI tool for one chosen league, including trades, news, simulation, lineup and draft tools where available. A free account remembers your chosen league across devices and lets you buy optional AI credit. Your account's free league cannot be repeatedly switched to bypass the limit.

Multi-League is an optional monthly subscription that unlocks supported non-AI tools across all your connected leagues, including Portfolio. Its current checkout price is shown before you pay. Public research, public rankings and shared results remain open.

If you create an account, you are responsible for the email and password you use, and for activity on that account. Keep your login to yourself. You must be able to enter into these terms. Email verification is required before paid AI features will run.

Linking a Sleeper username to an account is a claim you make. Sleeper does not certify that the username is yours.

SecondGM is a fantasy football information tool. Simulations, ranks, projections and recommendations can be wrong. They are not a promise that you will win, finish in a certain place, or that a trade will work out. You decide what to do in your league.

Ask SecondGM is an AI. It is instructed to check the relevant SecondGM data before stating league-specific facts, and not to guess when it cannot verify one. It can still get things wrong — including the advice, the emphasis, or the way it reads a situation.

Treat every answer as a second opinion you still have to check.

Lineup views may show projections, implied team scoring context, prop lines, line movement and weather. That information is context for a fantasy decision. It is not betting advice, and it is not an invitation to bet.

The free league does not require a card. Multi-League is a separate recurring subscription and does not include AI Usage credit.

Multi-League renews monthly until you cancel it through the Stripe billing portal linked from your account. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe states otherwise. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Ask SecondGM is usage-based. You add prepaid SecondGM Usage through Stripe, or we may add account credit through a privately issued promo code. Each delivered AskSecondGM answer draws from that balance. A delivered Ask SecondGM answer can never cost more than $0.25, and failed or unusable responses are not charged.

Optional AI trade evaluation is also usage-based and charged from the same prepaid balance. It is not a subscription. The $0.25 Ask SecondGM cap applies to a delivered Ask answer, not to every AI feature.

Unused Usage stays on the account as a prepaid balance. It is not a bank deposit.

Privately issued promo or compensation codes can add SecondGM Usage to an account when redeemed. Codes are single-use. We do not publish public promo codes on this website.

If a paid Ask SecondGM answer is materially wrong or unusable, you can flag it in the product. I review every flagged answer. We may then add the exact Usage amount back to the same account as account credit. That is a credit to your balance, not an automatic Stripe reversal of the original top-up, and it does not change the original settlement record. You can also email pj@secondgm.com.

Stripe top-ups are otherwise handled under Stripe’s payment terms. We do not promise a cash refund of unused Usage.

You agree not to:

• try to write to a Sleeper league through SecondGM, or ask us for anyone’s password;
• break into the service, scrape it aggressively, or overload it;
• use Ask SecondGM to generate unlawful content, or to target people with abuse;
• resell access, share an account to evade Usage charges, or reverse-engineer the service beyond what the law allows;
• misrepresent SecondGM player values as our own rankings.

We aim to keep the service available, but it is provided as a living product. Features can change, pause or fail. Third-party sources (including Sleeper, odds and weather) can be late, incomplete or unavailable. We may refuse or limit a request that looks abusive.

This is a private-beta-quality public front door. Do not rely on SecondGM as your only record of a league, trade or payment.

SecondGM Ltd owns the SecondGM product, design and software. You keep the content you submit. You give us permission to process it so we can provide the service, including sending Ask SecondGM questions to our AI provider.

League and player data come from Sleeper and remain subject to Sleeper’s terms. Player values come from your selected provider, Dynasty Dealer or Stats Guy Fantasy. Values: Dynasty Dealer or Stats Guy Fantasy · Analysis: SecondGM. NFL research tables are built from public nflverse data. Market context may include SportsGameOdds. Weather may include MET Norway. Those parties keep their rights. We do not grant you a right to copy or republish their data as your own product.

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, SecondGM Ltd is not liable for fantasy results, missed starts, trades you make or decline, or for advice that turns out to be wrong. We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for something a third-party source got wrong.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that UK law does not allow us to limit, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

If we are liable for a paid feature, that liability is limited to the Usage you paid for the affected answers in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in your local UK court if you are a consumer and the law gives you that right.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top is the latest revision (19 August 2026). If you continue to use the service after a change, the new terms apply. If a change is material and you have an account, we will say so on the site or by email when we can.
