8ReceptionsJustin Jefferson was the clear offensive fulcrum
Jefferson commanded Minnesota’s passing game with a 39.13% target share and 45.45% air-yards share, then converted that central role into eight catches, 92 yards, two touchdowns and a receiving conversion. The volume, touchdown access and near-perfect charted catchability make this the most complete fantasy signal from either offense.
02 / The takeaway
30.0%Wentz delivered a compact, touchdown-heavy passing script
Carson Wentz did not need a high-volume outing to power Minnesota’s victory. He completed 12 of 19 passes for 133 yards and three touchdowns, adding a passing conversion without an interception. His 19.22 full-PPR fantasy points sharply outpaced his 10.87 expected points, a reminder that the result was driven by touchdown efficiency rather than a broad passing workload. The supporting process was favorable: Wentz faced pressure on only four dropbacks recorded by the advanced data and posted a 60% charted catchable-throw rate. Kyler Murray’s smaller relief appearance brought one interception, leaving Wentz as the meaningful quarterback takeaway from this opening-game evidence.
