More allowed is greener; less allowed is redder. The display bands are below −20%, −20% to −8%, −8% to +8%, +8% to +20%, and above +20% relative to the applicable baseline. These are visual bands, not probabilities or validated start/sit grades. Colours appear from the first completed game. With fewer than four games, treat the comparison as a small sample; colour strength describes the difference, not confidence.
Offensive-only presets: 0.04/pass yard, 4/pass TD, −2/interception, 0.1/rush or receiving yard, 6/rush or receiving TD, 2/two-point conversion, −2/offensive lost fumble and the selected reception value. No return points, custom league bonuses or TE premium. All opposing players in a position are summed before averaging over completed team games. A bye does not count as zero.
Each faced offense is compared with its other games before the cutoff. Its baseline uses a three-game league prior; the defensive residual uses a four-game prior. These are transparent initial choices, not trained coefficients. Initial one-season testing did not establish improved average prediction accuracy. Do not add the displayed percentage to a player’s projection.
Week controls exclude later games. The 2025 archive was retrieved after the season; 2026 publications use the latest verified source revision. Both can contain later corrections; this does not reproduce the exact data known on each historical date. The last-four view uses each team’s four played games, compared with the league’s season-to-cutoff baseline.
The uploaded workbook informed the questions and tab audit. Its values, undocumented adjusted model and layout are not used to generate these tables.
